Her makeup, finger nails and toe nails are in various shades of blues and she has a black facial mole on her left cheek. Her hair is styled in a black ponytail with a prayer braid in front. She is wearing one seed bead necklace and one leather fringed necklace. A Doll Adoption Certificate is also provided. The certificate states "Dear New Family, I am Willow and I was born on Nov. 5th.
